You aren't allowed to have the word ebay as part of your domain name. They will shut down your site if they find it.

Otherwise the site looks the goods...except the kid in the toys section looks stones LoL

Frankly, I would take that site down immediately. eBay will find it and probably will dump you as an affiliate. Why risk it? It's never a good idea to use a trademarked name in a domain name for which you're going to build a website.

Site looks good, but that's quite the range of niches you have there :)

Toys, games, lingerie?. Is your target audience kids, or is it kids looking for lingerie? :p

I would say that there's also a risk that CJ will close your account.

I would say you have a big problem. You are using "ebay" as part of your domain name, and you're using the eBay logo on your site in a way that visitors might think you are an eBay site. eBay won't like you!! Enjoy what money you make now because it won't last long.

As others have stated you are risking getting banned from eBay's affiliate program by using a trademarked name in the domain.

You wont even enjoy the money you earn becuase you'll never see it. I to made that mistake when I first started with an ebay domain, mine now points to a sell on ebay product through another affil. site, it is much better their anyways.

As others have said, you'd get done for using 'Ebay' in the domain name. And the picture at the bottom of the page did not load for me in IE. Takes a while for the pages to load. And the child does look stoned.

I made this mistake as well, but quickly learned from other users that I had to take it down.

In general, I think that you are trying to put too many niches into one site. In my experience, it is much better to develop each niche individually and to its fullest, and have multiple sites, rather than just throwing up one massive web page. People get bored easily, and will quickly move on.

BUT REMOVE THE TRADEMARKED NAMES ASAP. :D
