I have no confidence in that statement they've posted. This seems to be a never ending problem. At least I'd feel better if ebay actually took the time out to respond to emails, especially after 1 month of forwarding them back and saying "I am still patiently awaiting your response on the email below". I don't know what's worse, that or CJ being down 50% of the time.
Seems to me that the "small subset of publishers", whom they say is affected, is rather large in fact.
