Hey does it piss anyone else off that eBay took out the buy it now option in the main tabs with their new view? Time after time, I just want to go on ebay and see how much something costs, but I have to go down to the sidebar and go to like buying options or something. Yes I know its an auction site, and granted I don't buy tons of stuff on ebay, or use buy it now all the time when I do, but when they updated they shouldn't have taken away a really great functionality of the site. At least let you like click on it somewhere accessible if its not going to be in the main tabs... Anyone with me? Or am I just crazy?
Yeah it's quite annoying how they did that. I already find eBay quite hard to navigate compared to some other auction sites.
And don't even get me started about eBay motors. I used to find it as a great way to just quickly look up used car prices, but now with their strange new views its impossible to navigate.
Most pages have an "opt out" link, usually right at the bottom the page. This will make your pages look like classic eBay.
Wow I didn't know they had an opt out link. For eBay motors there used to be one to switch the views at the top of the page, but then that dissapeared. Thanks for that tip.
yeah but how long will the opt out link stay there, it wont be long before the new search is forced on us, its mad, I like to search for job lot, now try with the new search you get stuff thats completely unrelated, how on earth have their anaysis dept decided that "ladies bangle", "grease DVD", "silver necklace" ect should come up when you search for Job Lot,
