eBay automatically deny my application why

    I tried to apply for ebay partner today, but I got instant email from them saying that my application was not accepted.

    I am wondering why, they don't even review my application but I got a denied email. Does ebay not accepting publisher or partners from specific country?

    Yes, they do. Since you are philipino try to sign up via PepperjamNetwork. That way you can be accepted.

    Yes, you will have a better chance going threw pepperjam. But even thats sometimes tuff being that you are in a different country. You may need a good US VPN.
