Ebay and paypal

    Since ebay owns paypal do they still have the same problem with domains.
    You sell a domain on ebay, and the other guy does a charge back and keeps the domain and the money?

    I think both have different entity and have individual policy in spite of they are one group, you should follow their way to resolve any such issue.
