Ebay and PayPal question

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you if I could use my friend's PayPal to pay on my Ebay account, but he already has used his PayPal for paying on his Ebay account.
Also is it legal?

It should be fine, as long as the seller gets paid it doesn't matter who pays them.

As long as he recieves the money, and everyone agreed, there will be no probleme.

I have done this before. Accidentally bought an item on my mates computer without realising he was already logged in. I just paid with my paypal address.
