i purchased a phone on ebay (first time to use ebay) and i need to pay so i tried my payoneer card but i found that it asks about address,street,phone which is not exist for my payoneer card i only have the number and the name on card and the validation date,what details should i pick ? second thing is when i tried to ask the seller to ship to certain country he told me he only ship to the country the payment was originated from which i cant do because as i said before i dont have address for the payoneer card besides i dont know which country payoneer card belongs to i need your help in this guys please
