    If you are paying online on ebay, then paypal, your credit card or your local bank account is the only option, right now available on Ebay. So you cannot pay by Alertpay on ebay. Also if you have any site in your local country which is handled by ebay, then you can even send them a money order or a cashier's check by mail.
