I wrote a custom Ebay shopping script using the parameters for using CJ affiliates

I am not sure it is showing up in CJ. I know a get a lot of visitors. I am not sure where it is showing clicks.

Does ebay Batch load its sales or is it live reporting?

I believe it's also normally 24-48 hours behind in lag time.

    it's never live data.

Clicks will sometimes show up at different intervals on the same day but sales are a daily batch. Unless it is on the weekend and then who knows.

Ususally mine post the following day. However, i've seen cases where trasactions will post much later than that! Check the main CJ page for tracking delays or notices.
