i was able to access ebay.com traffic statistics provided by google and i want to show you that:

per that stats ebay stands as the most visited online shop i know so far:

data is provided by google affiliate network..
amazon is not far behing ebay but with much less Avg time on site

all other stores like bestbuy.com toysrus.com and others are far behind this monster. online shops like buy.com and even shop.com doesn't count for a brand name i would say.

i want to hear what you think about this and how that can effect us as affiliates

I'm not surprised, if I buy something it is from eBay or Amazon. I think you will have to find a way to "join in" in profiting from these 2 market leaders.

ebay is on its way down and out though. Poor management decisions are sending people like myself away from using their site every single day. They continue to raise fees, when their competition's fees are much lower or even nothing at all. It used to be great for instant exposure to a large market, but now ebay's market is smaller and not worth nearly as much to sellers.

Agreed. I know they are the market leaders but I wish they didn't compete so much with their affiliates. Damn
