eBay affiliate program

    I'm curious about current ebay programs offered. At one time, there was a $25 signup for registering with ebay. is this program still around, or is it currently $25 for a signup PLUS a bid on a product...

    or is it even more than that, a WINNING bid on a product?

    We currently have an Ebay offer that pays on a new registration, it's also required that the user bids on an auction, but they do not have to win the bid.

    I guess the current ePN program requires a signup+a winning bid for the $25. The new system is still under review and it is performing badly for some though.
