eBay ACRU Payouts & Visitor/Referral Location Implications

I have been doing a bit of research into the eBay affiliate program and EPN and I was wondering if some of you guys might be able to enlighten me on a few things.

Firstly from what I can tell eBay are now paying based on a quality of signup system, but the lowest level is distinctly lower than even the second lowest level and only pays $1 per signup.

So my question is what is required of your signups to ensure that your ACRU payout is at least $10?

I run a few sites all on the same topic (gaming), and between them get around 10,000 visitors a day, so I'd probably be able to get around 100 visitors a day to click through to an eBay auction. Though problem is most of my users are young and don't have a lot of money and would more than likely be buying items that are in the $1 - $10 range. How would things effect the ACRU payouts?

Also I have visitors that come from all over the world, but mainly, US, UK, Australia and Canada. However I noticed that each of the local eBay operations have different payouts. So what happens if I sent a UK visitor to a US auction and they try and register buy an info product US eBay? Under what payout system do they fall under, or don't you receive any payout?

Also I'm Australian, will this have any baring on my ability to join the program or which eBay program I can promote?

Also I don't suppose anyone can shed some light on ballpark visitor to ACRU conversion rates they have experienced and any good tips they have?

    Thanks.

Ebay has been getting very bad with their affiliate program.

It doesn't matter what region someone is from. If they join the US site and bid on something, that's all that matters (likewise for other regions).

That being said, Ebay has been randomly (or systematically) disabling affiliate accounts even though Ebay is all CPS/CPA... You might want to check some alternatives out as well.

So if I was only going to promote info products that are listed on ebay that sell for less than $10 which I imagine would be the only thing my referrals intially bought, would this result in my account being disabled?

I wouldn't even waste time with EPN at this point in time.

This is coming from an affiliate who's been with them for almost 2 years, $3,000k a month. I was doing good until they made some recent changes regarding trademarked domains, then started playing trademark police.

I've never heard of any network doing anything like that before.

So far since switching to this system all of my ACRU's have been in the higher range, I'm not sure why, I just use SEO with phpbay..
