Ebay Account Suspended?

my ebay account supsended today with out any warning in my email
but when i login into my account it tell we have emailed you why we closed your account.....(there is nothing in my account)

i emailed them 2 times and they are not replying , what should i do?

there is $30 which i should pay to ebay,which i want do not pay them if they dont want to reopen my account

 

Make sure your email at ebay matches yours, in case someone changed it without your knowledge

 

My ebay account also suspended....the 1st time I contact the support and they do reactivated it....2nd time...I lazy to contact them again...

 

Does the email say why it was closed? It may be because you owe them money.
Mine has been suspended for 4 weeks and I asked them why and got identical two 'copy and paste' replies.
The third time they said a customer had complained but wouldnt tell me who. Keep trying and you should get a reply.
I have several accounts in case I get problems on the main one, but officially if you are banned or suspended you arent allowed to use another account either. My girlfriend also has an account - that is another backup option - get your partner to open an account.

the ebay have the worst support system i emailed them 5 days ago and still no reply.

 

I didnt email them directly - I replied to the message in my ebay account through their internal system, not sure if that's what you did too?
