The search function wasn't working properly. I would suggest more color to make it appealing.

 

You'd be lucky if you don't get sued for trademark infringement and that just references the domain itself and not the obvious clone of another site. Worst site that I have reviewed so far.

 

Too many ads in the way of the main website's functionality.

Who cares about the tag cloud so high up on the page?

Logo could use some work.

 

The logo area is not balanced to the rest of the page, and the content layout is a little plain,

work on the logo. it really doesnt match with the rest of the site. then the site looks a bit empty. i suggest reducing the space between the content. and a nice light coloured background would make the site look better

another site might have a similar name, but as with all big companies, if they notice you taking a bit of their views or if u get big... they might bring out the big guns.. (lawyers)
