    Asuming EasyPHP is a framework, I would also look into CakePHP. Google it:)

    There is a free guide for EasyPHP newbies. A step-by-step tutorial showing how to setup local server on your PC. There are also examples how to install and run wordpress, joomla, drupal, membership site scripts, osCommerce etc on local PC for development and test.
