Selling EasyCardTricks.ORG for Sale!

I am selling this site because I don't have enough time to work on it anymore.

The site is already ranked pretty well (all the stats I provide here are according to Market Samurai) :

- around 900 backlinks

- on the first page for "easy card tricks" (8th - 9th) which has 6,600 searches on exact match and the estimated cpc is $0.33

- on the second page for "simple card tricks" - 17th - which has 1,600 searches on exact match and the estimated cpc is $0.20

- on the third page for "easy card tricks for beginners" - 21th - which has 720 searches

Other rankings :

very easy card tricks - 18

david blaine card tricks revealed - 26
good easy card tricks - 31

The site is also ranked on other keywords too but I don't even have time to find them.

The site gets 15-20 uniques / day. The site should go up in rankings as I did constantly backlinking every day and also should go up in traffic.

I am looking for a quick sale and I think that $100 is a very reasonable price.
