Easy Wordpress Things I Can't Do, But I'll Pay Someone to Do -- Ex: Upgrading, Mods

    Alright, guys, I installed Wordpress on c panel, and my current host doesn't have c panel, and I'm confused about how to upgrade, so I'll pay you to upgrade, first of all, and secondly, there is a complex theme out called Options that I am not entirely sure how to use, so I'll also pay you to help with that.
