Easy Wordpress Theme Changes - $100

Hi everyone

I need someone to revise my wordpress theme (thecanadianteacher.com) for the following changes:

1. Need a space for a 468 x 60 banner at the top right of page.
2. Need to increase the width of the main content column (left) about 150px.
3. Need a space for 2 160 x 600 banner on the left of the content column.
4. Need space for a 300 x 250 banner just below the main page content.
5. Need another 468 x 60 banner just below the menu bar.
6. I would like to remove the "recent posts and "recent comment" widgets at the bottom and replace them with a 728 x 90 banner.
7. Potentially some other smaller items.
