Buying EASY Web Design Project: Design/Coded ONLY

    We're looking to have a small web site template created.

    This is mainly 2 elements:

    1) Header: (With text overlay)
    2) Content Dividers (With text overlay)

    We have a site as an example that we want our design to look like, and function like.

    This is a very simple project and we are looking for this project to be done fairly quickly.

    If you are interested please contact us. It would help if you provide your CHAT details (skype, msn, yim, aim, gtalk).

    Also provide a rough quote for the project.
