It means you buy $125 worth of credits, but when you check out, you get $100 off. So you pay $25 but are credited with $125 worth of credits. Either way its not "free" but it is a good deal none the less, and I might be doing it any way. Its like buy one get 4 free. The only better deal I have ever seen was at walmart buy 1 ear of corn get 10 free. lol

CONS
As an advertiser i would feel less inclined to advertise on a xxxx.wordpress.com domain, less professional if you ask me.

 

Does TLA look at your traffic also (not just PR)? I have some PR3 sites and TLA refused me probably due to not enough traffic.
