Easy way to make gifs online?

    Hi all,

    Is there an easy way to make gifs online? Like as in from a youtube video - slap the link and get a gif type of thing? I was using glickr, which is great, but the site has been down forl ike 2 weeks now.:mad:

    Any links appreciated :D
