Ask people on here. I know I love wordpress I can help with most questions. Some tips, Don't overload it with plugins and use the right ones. A SEO Plugin helps. Yoast is the best for me. Helps with search engine place meant, and helps set better rich snippets. Learn how menus work and pick a good SEO friendly Template. Also you need to think about speed and not to overload each page with large data uploads. These are some tips. Only the tip of the iceberg to learn. What are your goals for the website, and what are you using it for. Wordpress is the master of all blogging platforms and can be used for multiple things. Its one platform that has one of the best community of developers, plugins, widgets and templates that I know.
there are many resources available to learn WordPress, I have learned WordPress from lynda tutorials, but I think after youtube and http://codex.wordpress.org are also good for learning wordpress.
