First you need to install the trial version of photoshop and explore all the buttons and menus available in trial edition .
once you use it frequently you will become expert

 

just google the tut for any type of help you want...and spend time on it you will become an expert

There is no easy way - if you are dedicated it will get easier and easier. The program is so complex you do not rush in to it. Video tutorials and Books are the best guidelines. The you need to discover your purpose with the program.

You need a course to do learn it.

I've found this course to be very beneficial to my learning in the shortest amount of time.
