I agree with the rest of the people in this thread. It takes time and effort and does not happen overnight.

 

SEO is a long process. There are many misunderstandings that you can achieve the desired results from SEO in a quick span of time. Maybe, it would happen but the aftermath of that seems so agonizing. Back to the topic, I think that to achieve the top ten google ranking, you should make on-page optimization first before doing off-page. When doing off-page you must have targeted keywords that are long tail, low competition but high searches. And then, just go on with the normal process like articles submission,blogging,blog commenting and all those stuff.

 

SEO is difficult but if you succeed you will be proud of yourself.

 

If you are looking for a new technique don't look for it because its out of no where this days. I suggest take the old ones and hooked yourself from it. Just don't be lazy doing those. Old ones remain classic but greatly innovative.

 

There are always new ways, if you can get a video you made highly visited in Youtube with your link, that should help enormously

 

I think unique article is best for get traffic from SE.

1 way to come first in google early .... if you don't have any competition for your site and keyword. Otherwise you should invest at least 3 months and lot off efforts ..... thanks

 

1. Find some long-tailed keyword
2. Check that the other people who use this keyword has no SEO on their pages
3. Do some on-site SEO for your page using this keyword
4. Some backlinks are nice but not necessary
5. Wait for sometime (weeks)
6. Top 5 with very little effort! (you'll get only 10-20 per visits/day btw)

I did 2 high competitive keyword "mario game" and "funny games"

Atm, one keyword out of Google search because of dancing.

with the keyword "mario game" it brings me about 300-350 new visitor per day/ 80% USA
