Easy way to create SEO'd websites?

    Just wondering if there is an easy way to create simple SEO'd websites online with little HTML skills?

    I just want some basic graphics, text and optimised page titles etc.

    You can use a content management system with SEO friendly URLs. Most CMS are fairly easy to use and publish.

    Depending on what you need done, if you CAN use it, try WordPress as a CMS. Personally I think it's the MOST SEO friendly CMS out there...
