    Actually, that kind of syntax are not already new to us (except for the newbies!)
    Regarding of the plugins that can determine whether a blog is a DO FOLLOW or NOT, install SEO for FIREFOX adds-on. A link was hightlighed in red when its flagged as NO FOLLOW. (check out the prevoius post of the articles / blogs that you are going to comment on)
