All these sites selling for 3-4 times gross while there are so many for sale at 1-2 times gross...and not selling!

I don't quite get that...haha, I suppose a lot of sarcasm...U mean, why are we buying a site with price that is revenue/month x 3-4, compared to buying a site that is revenue/month x1-2? Like we're paying for a high P/E? I guess maybe the 1-2 ones are only making $15-$30? and the 3-4 ones are making $80-$150? I dunno if I'm reading you right :-/

No,no, you're not retarted.
I think it's nice to see sites selling for 3-4 times the monthly revenue.
They are difficult to sell and even sites do not sell for 1-2 times monthly gross. Whatever they produce $10/month, $100/month or $1,000/month...
Maybe in a year or so, we'll be able to get 5-6 times the monthly revenue...who knows?
