working only few days coz this problem is back. all my uploads today have 0 downloads.
this is a real problem coz you have missing many downloads in past & i think today.
Have you thinking about a kind of bonus to resolve what we have losing

 

@easy-share: have you thought about these 2 issues:

1- increase the upload size at least at 2GB

2- Count multiple downloads for free user of same Ip if downloads differents files(this way you'll see difference between free and premium user in my opinion,am I wrong?)

You have one of the best program in filehosting but in order to be really on top you have to make the statistics in real time especially for the sales generated.
BTW, your infrastructure is so far the best.

omg what is this for a slow hoster?

i have register right now and upload a test file for download as free user.

the download speed is extreme slow. 60 - 70kb ???

u can make 1000$ for 1000DLs by this speed
its slower then oron or another shit hoster. this hoster is only good for XXX stuff and no other ^^

 

I can downloading from germany server (premium account) with speed 5mb/s.I do not know what the problem is,what is your usual download speed?

da steht eindeutig FREE USER

wenn der free user speed nicht schnell ist, bringt ein hoster keinem uploader etwas, da die leute nicht dumm sind mit 70kb du laden, wenn andere hoster 200 - 300kb free user speed bieten.

leider ist auch dieser hoster kein ersatz für fileserve, schade.
