    Hi i just bought premium account and its from reseller, because only that way can buy it.
    This is not problem and i deleted my old acc and i will upload again my files but i wish to change to Program4 , now its on Program1 and i dont know about this one anything!

    I checked in My Profile - Mics to change , but there is not option for that?

    There is i think a problem today with upload.
    when you up some files, those files are on my files/ manage files
    but if you try to download those files, it gives you this message "This file will be available soon."
    4 hours later, the message is still the same "This file will be available soon."
    and if i go to main part to see how many files i 've upload today, they show me 0

    can you Fix this problem.
    i can't upload since this problem is not fixed coz it like to upload a file on a server & nobody can download it.

    Since Yesterday, there is many probs with your site.
    The upload now work, there is no more message like "This file will be available soon.". you can now have a link to download... but !
    If you download a file, on "manage files", the downloads count is still 0.
    can you fix this?!
    coz many files on "manage files " have 0 downloads & it's not possible(normal).
