    Hi, I can't get a verified paypal, but I want to buy something from a site that requires paypal, Say if the product is $10 that you buy for me, I will pay you $20 in cash.

    Ok, well that cuts me out of the picture then.

    Why can't you get a paypal if you're in USA? If its some private reasons, feel free to say you're not comfortable.
