easy PHP HELP!!!

Suppose you have the following website, and it is coded with php, how would I change the DESIGN part of it? I dont want the code to change just change up the design a bit!

What you see is just html, and has nothing to do with php. all you need to do is alter the style sheets

 

would you be able to help me change a simple design? Anything I can do in return?

I'm a php coder, not really a designer to be honest. there's plenty of others who could probably help more. You'd be better off making a thread in the HTML or CSS sections of the forum

 

What if I made the designs and I paid you lets say $20 to install the design with your coding skills?

 

To be honest I doubt you would get anyone to code a design from scratch for $20. Like I said, I'm a PHP coder, which is the logic behind a website, such as logins etc. creating a design is for designers (people who do HTML and css)
