Easy money for experienced web designer

    I have a wordpress template that was redesigned a few months ago. Unfortunately, the designer used tables heavily, and now it takes forever to load... Internet explorer must load the entire site before any text is displayed. Often takes more than 10 seconds before the visitor see anything!!

    I am looking for someone to convert the site layout to pure css. This person should have Wordpress experience, and some PHP experience.

    I'm looking to spend around $100.
