Contest Easy Logo Design - $10

Looking for a logo design for a brand called Cubed Media.

I have in mind showing a 3D cube with only lines (no fill) but I'm really open to ideas.

Only thing I'd ask is that there's some kind of icon plus text. The logo should look ultra modern and futuristic.

There is no colour or branding to stick to. It's a new brand so the logo design will dictate the future look and colours.

There should be two versions of the logo, one more square, the other more horizontal.

$10 for the winner. Contest will close once a logo has been made that I like but hoping to find the right logo within the next 24-48 hours.

Thanks. I like what you have done with the subtle C and M on the icon. I think I'd prefer something flatter in terms of colours though, so no fade effects.

Also not too keen on the fonts. The first one looks too cartoon-like. The second one is too hard to read.

I think I'd also prefer if the logo was easy to invert for use on light or dark backgrounds.

Kavo - the font on the new ones is definitely better but think the icon on the first one still is slightly too complex.

IDesignLogo - isn't yours just a copy of the previous entry but with a different font and colours?

How would this look without the filled in bits? So if it was just the c and m? Might not work but keen to see if it can be simplified even further.

Also, could you show me how this may work on both a light and a dark background?
