I need to upload a Proxy site only for my personal use in one of my servers. I need somebody to prepare me just a one page proxy page, which I can just upload in my server, and use it. The only thing the proxy page needs is just a box to input the url i want to access and then be able to navigate through internet using the proxy. That's all.
