Easy Job for PHP Coder

I need a Form made so I can Paste about 100-250 Words and it will run each keyword with this url http://www.zerw.com/?q= before the keyword.

Example of How it will run

I Paste 5 Keywords
car
audi
bmw
food
smile

The Script takes those keywords and submit them into http://www.zerw.com/ by adding this url http://www.zerw.com/?q= before the keyword.

And at the End it should show how many keywords were submited
