***Easy Job*** Design My New Homepage

Basically I just don't have time to work on redesigning my homepage right now, the majority of the coding is done.

We are building a new landing page for our site http://thedesktoptutor.com and the page is at: http://thedesktoptutor.com/index3.php.

I'm pretty much trying to do something very similar to what you would see at http://buythechange.com/ however my version is really ugly at the moment.

I need to get the design looking better, do rounded corners and maybe change around the buttons... basically I would be looking for someone to make it look good and function 100%
