Buying Easy job : add a set cookie to a php file, there's 10$ for you

    Hi,

    It's an easy job, I don't freaking have enough time to make sure I do it well if I want to do it myself. 10$ are worth it, it would take me 20-30minutes.
    First person's getting an agreement by PM gets the money and me I get the code to add.

    In short : take a .js file, add a cookie system so that the javascript file triggers itself only once a day (every 24 hours).

    See that file, http://pastebin.com/ZbSWp3na , it's a .js file to load a popup, called every time my website's header.php is called (meaning : all the time). I don't want to spam it to everyone, it's just something that has to be read, so once a day, for the while it will be displayed, is enough.

    Update, the fact I wasn't precise enough may account for the lack of replies :

    - the code has to be javascript, since it has to be
    - added inside the .js file, and NOT inside my website's header (complex stuff, outside, simple understandable stuff, inside the core)
    - and I pay by paypal :)
