Easy Input Software for HTML Web Pages?

    Hi all,

I use Expression Web to create eBay listings, and these listings have several objects that are permanent (like my logo, policies, etc), while some objects are changed for each listing (like item title, description, and photo gallery). I was wondering if anyone knows of any software that I can customize something like an insert form to input different objects on a web page where they always are placed with ease, while keeping the permanent objects in place.

For example, when I make a new listing, I would want to be able to paste its description in the generator form, and the description I pasted would be placed on the page in the area designated for the description.

This may not make sense to anyone, as it's rather difficult to describe in words (especially for someone like me, with a very rudimentary knowledge of HTML code). I tried searching for such a program and even threads regarding this, but found nothing, and also had difficult even knowing what to search for! But if anyone may be interested in helping, please ask whatever questions you may need and I will do my best to clarify everything I can.

    Thanks in advance!

This could be done very easily in PHP... you can make a simple form where you would fill out a few fields, and drop that information into the rest of an HTML template you've already come up with.
