easy audio editing?

    I'm looking for a program to edit music files, like increasing volume, something really simple without all the bells and whistles. I had one a while back, but can't remember what it was.

    Have you tried Foobar2000

    Its a media player for audiophiles. Its has the ability to do what you need now.
