Easy and Quick $10, need help creating compress tool icon

Hi All,

I need your help creating compress tool icon (like winzip icon), with a dollar sign in the middle, and the background is transparent with no shadow. The size should be around 300px.

The contest will end when I see an acceptable entry (no jaggy edge, etc) so it shouldn't be long.

Here is the dollar sign image you can merge with the icon and the example of the result:
