    Ok so i need a template designed like this

    i need my own list designed for my website www.cpafix.com - so use those colours and logo's etc!

    it will be to rate and list cpa network and sites!

    keep it simple but quirky!
     
    i do want it to be unique tho so the same sort of thing but try changeing the up and down images for thumbs up and down or maybe even the ninja we use as our logo etc!


    The design will win $15 via paypal and also will be designing the "lightbox" pop out to go with this for additional money :)!
