I'm so sorry...I will still be putting in an entry...but I had a rather rough night trying to wrap up a project with a client. I'm about to fall over here I'm so tired...but I really REALLY want to enter this contest.
Ok guys I'll hold over till tomorrow. Be creative, use pieces from the above banners, or don't either is fine. The banner is for a page peel add, so it's BIG .. 500x500 Have a little fun with it, get people to click, outline the bonuses, make me some sparkly cake.. I don't care Just be creative, do what you like, create whatever the site brings to mind - use words from the banners above. I really am easy going and it really is a creative contest, so just be creative , have fun, life's short, eat cake .
Its a phrase from Portal...a really cool video game. You spend most of the game as a lab rat of sorts...and you are told over and over that if you are a good little guinea pig....you'll get cake. And of course...in the end...you find out the cake is a lie.
This is a bit amateurish compared to the sick designers here - but I just made a simple crop and resize image using Paint. Dont mind the missing black emptiness on the left - I've seen this peel-away ad and it should peel away perfectly to reveal said images only, minus a few centimeter difference or whatever. Lemme know!
