Easy $3 for Free WP theme tweaking

    I need to put a banner in my header without removing the header image. It will be better if i can put .gif but .jpg will be cool also. I have the banner.

    I just want you to tell me the code i need to modify. I can do the rest. I tried myself but couldn't as i don't know much about these stuffs (but tried it myself without spending)

    anyways, the theme is stardust v 1.0

    i am attaching a pic of how the banner needs to be placed exactly:
