Just for clarification: You're offering two dollars and fifty cents for someone to do a professional, clean .psd version of your banner? Is the decimal point misplaced?

I could have completed this myself in paint, but I am on a laptop and don't have mouse. I had some problem with the curve. Rest all was easy. If I had asked for something which really requires hard work, I'll pay for that accordingly. I'm relatively new here.
