Contest Easy $100 Website Design Contest 48 Hours (Uncoded)

My client is The Willes Entrepreneurship Center. The client is in need of a professional website design. The contest is for 48 hours or until a clear winner is selected. The winner of the contest will receive $60 via PayPal. After, the winner will have to design a subpage for an additional $40. This means that the winner will receive a total of $100.

The purpose of the website is a mix of informational and promotional. It will feature Willes Center events, academic information, student research, and video content.

The look that the client is trying to achieve is a professional, clean, and very innovative 2-page template WordPress theme, to be based on the attached wireframe. Please open all the links and files to have a better idea.

The colors should match the attached logo.

I made another version, mostly the same as above.

 

@jenn08 can you include all the colors of the logo in the website design. please use the three colors because the client really insist on these colors.

Thanks a bunch for the invite. I decided to give this contest a try and here is my first attempt!
The colors used are the ones from the logo (Blue orange and grey). If you don't like the arangement of the colors they can always be switched (blue to grey, grey to orange or whatever you desire).
I tried to keep the layout as clean as possible so it is easy to navigate but filled with great information.
Please note that all images used are for presentation purposes only.

@CloudKid can you use a different color for the header (use one of the logo colors, not white)

 

@CloudKid, @Mihai101, @jenn08 You are all proposing amazing design, but so far cloudkid is the favorite. The client wants something unique and beautiful. Please post your best design before I close the contest. Great job guys.

I work with Yengo and I have been in touch with the client regarding the submissions. @jenn08 The client is looking for something slightly more original.

@CloudKid The client gave the following feedback:
- Could you make the logo a more significant part of the website?
- Could you make it a little more "clean"? Take some liberty with the wireframe.
- If you could reduce some of the blue that'd be great as that takes away a bit from the content.
- It would be great if the column width is the same for top and bottom.
- It would also be fantastic if you could square the sides and don't let the blue banners flow out.

We still take submissions, but so far @CloudKid is the favorite.
