Contest Easy $10 Logo Design

    Working on a new site and need a logo for it. The easy part is I've already created a rough version, it just needs improving:

    You don't have to stick exactly to this design, keen to see some variations that improve it and make it look more professional. The website will contain lots of info and tips about buying, selling, and investing in property in the UK.

    I'd like the following variations from the winner:

    - A standard wide logo like the one above that can be used on the website
    - A square version that can be used on things like Facebook profile pictures
    - A favicon version

    Please use royalty free images where possible.

    Winner will be paid by PayPal within 24 hours of delivering the final files.

    I like this, is there any way you can keep the street-sign kind of look around 'Property Road' without it looking cheap?

    Also the blue icon, can you make it a little rounder? Doesn't have to be a perfect circle but feels like its slight too oblong at the moment and takes up too much space.
