EASY $10 - Help me resolve a 403 error

    My CGI proxies sometimes give me a 403 error if I buy them, and transfer to my hosting. I've changed the file, and the directory to 755 (CHMOD) and it doesn't help.

    First person to contact me and teach me how to resolve this for future site purchases I make (proxies), gets $10 in paypal :)
