I have one site in particular that gets good chunk of traffic from Taiwan/China/Japan that I currently use YPN on - except I'm wasting about half my traffic since ads are never displayed. AdSense is no good on this site since it's an image hosting site and Google has nothing to use as a contextual reference. Are there any programs that target eastern nations which we westerners can use?
Have you considered approaching websites that target eastern nations and see if they'd like to advertise on your site? I have never heard of one that targets just the east, with that said, I probably wouldn't be able to read it if there was one. Hope this helps.
