Easiest way to tag (Technorati/Movable Type)

I'm running Movable Type for my blog. I'm wondering what the easiest way is for me to include Technorati (and other blog search engine) tags in my post.

For instance, let's say that I write a post about productivity and I want to include the tag for "gtd" (the acronym for David Allen's Getting Things Done system) into my post. What's the easiest way to do this?

I checked out this http://www.technorati.com/help/tags.html but the manual way of inserting the tags seems a little cumbersome and I wouldn't be having a "gtd" category.

Any ways to make this easier?

I am manually tagging my posts, but several friends have recommended mt-tagslite.
