I won a crap load of websites, but none do that good with adsense. Can anyone tell me the best way to start a website and the easiest way to make $5 a day from it. Any help would be GREAT!

Yeah, give some more details on your most trafficked site. The internet is a huge numbers game. The goal is to increase the number of people to your site, and increase the percentages that click on an ad or purchase goods/services. Every niche and service is different, but your goal should be growing your website, both in the amount of content available and the number of visitors you consistently get. You can continue to increase the content yourself, or work into the 2.0 side of things and let users help build content with you. For traffic growth, you need to determine where your traffic comes from. Is it just a couple good link trades, paid advertisements, search engines, or faithful bookmarkers? Whatever it is, you need to keep studying on how to get more of them, and how to leverage those users to get more. Give us some more info, and we'll do our best to give some direction.
Ok, checked out sexyornot.us since it got the most hits. First off 300 hits a day on that site is not a tremendous amount of traffic, since hits probably aren't coming from search engines, etc. So continue to work on traffic. Maybe upload some friends pics and promote it to friends on myspace a little or something, or find some other similar sites try to work out some link trades. Next, if your goal is to make money on the site, you're going to need some more ads. I know it's a very fine line between having a site that is clean and high quality so users come back to it, and having a site is maximized in the revenue department. That is what the whole internet is struggling with. But to make money on 300 hits a day, you are going to have to move the ads up from the bottom of the page. The footer of the page is kind of like 'bonus' area. It will get a few clicks, but not many. I see the other ads integrated in the middle..that is a good start. But take a look at other sites in that genre, they will have a quarter of the page as an ad. Log into Myspace and realize how much of the page is an ad. Horizontal banner in the header...square banner on the right hand/top side. Then targetted music ads in the middle, etc. So again, you're on the right track. Hang in there, but realize that the website needs to grow in all directions for you to become satisfied with the outcome.
Kastro, work on traffic. 40 or 300 daily uniques will not give you $5 a day. Well 300 sometimes will. But not with your industry
